Where AI belongs in your business. And how to put it there.

Twice a week, one part of your business. The AI strategy I'd run there, the exact tactic, and the steps to have it live the same day. From someone who has done it inside of real businesses, with real payroll on the line.

AI Simple / IssueFollow-up

Your leads go cold in 48 hours. Here's the fix, in order.

What cold leads are costing you right now, the AI follow-up system I'd put in, and the exact steps to have it running by tonight.

  1. 1
The strategyWhere this sits in your business, what it costs you today, and whether AI belongs here at all.
  2. 2
The tacticThe specific play. The tool, the prompt or the workflow, ready to paste.
  3. 3
The implementationThe steps in order, what breaks, and the number that tells you it worked.

You were told the way past a million is more.

More hires, more tools, more software, more overhead. I built that org chart more than once and signed the checks on all of it. Setters, closers, media buyers, a content team, a guy whose entire job was starting conversations on Instagram. It worked, right up until I looked at the margin.

AI was supposed to fix that. What you got instead was a fifty-tool roundup every Monday, a prompt pack you opened once, and a webinar from a guy who has never run payroll telling you which model is best this week.

Simple wins. The right AI, in the right place in your business, and running.

So this email does one thing. Twice a week, one part of your business, the strategy, the tactic, and the implementation. Where AI belongs, where it doesn't, and how to put it in without hiring a consultant. If you can explain your business at dinner, you can run everything I send you.

Three layers. Most AI content stops at two.

Every issue of AI Simple runs the same three layers on one part of your business. Skip a layer and you get what you've already got, a folder of prompts and nothing running.

  1. 01

    Strategy

Where AI belongs in your business, where it doesn't, and what it costs you to leave this part the way it is.

Most people start with a tool. Start with the decision.

  2. 02

    Tactics

The specific play for that spot. The tool, the prompt or the workflow, and why that one out of the other forty-nine.

Ready to paste, written for an owner, not a developer.

  3. 03

    Implementation

The steps in order, what breaks the first time, what it looks like when it's running, and the number that tells you it worked.

The part everyone skips. The only part that pays.

You've read plenty about AI. Almost none of it is running inside of your business. That gap is the whole reason this email exists.

Two emails a week. The kind of thing I write about.

1

Follow-up that doesn't fizzle.

The AI follow-up system for leads that went quiet, built so it sounds like you and runs while you're on calls.

2

One recording, a week of content.

How to turn one thirty-minute recording into a week of posts and emails in your voice, and the part of that process AI should never touch.

3

Your numbers, read to you.

A weekly brief that pulls your real figures, tells you what moved, and takes twenty minutes to set up once.

4

Support that answers at 2am.

Where AI handles the first reply to a paying client, where a human has to, and how to draw that line before it costs you a refund.

5

Which model, and when.

What I use for what, why, and when the cheaper one is fine.

6

What AI should never run.

The parts of a business I'd keep human on purpose, and what it costs when owners get this backwards.

Each one reads in about four minutes and ends with the implementation. If I can't hand you the steps, I don't send the email.

“You're not paying for software. You're paying for the time collapse.”
Los Silva, AI Simple

I built the org chart. More than once.

Twenty-plus years in business and I've never had a real job. Started selling projectors on eBay, got kicked off, moved into ecommerce and kept going from there. Ran agencies that spent about a million dollars a month on ads at the peak, over a hundred million all in if you want the number. Did $50 to 60K a month just through Instagram DMs. I've paid for the setter seat and the closer seat, and I know exactly what they cost.

I've had the setter, the closer, the media buyer, the content team, the ops person who still needed me for every decision. I signed those checks and I watched what they did to margin. AI Simple is where AI fits into all of that, where it doesn't, and how I'd put it in if I were sitting across from you.

Every email comes from me. Some of them get a first draft from the same AI systems I write about, then I fix what they got wrong. That's kind of the point.

Los

Written for a specific person.

  1. 01You're doing real revenue, not zero, and you still feel behind.
  2. 02You've hired the ops person, the VA, the agency, and you're still the one rewriting everything at nine at night.
  3. 03You've tried ChatGPT, bought a prompt pack, sat through the forty-tools-in-ninety-minutes webinar, and none of it stuck.
  4. 04Your margin used to feel healthy. Now it's thinner every quarter and you can't point to why.
  5. 05You're suspicious of anyone selling you AI right now. You should be.

If that's you, put your email in. If you're at zero, the emails will still help. They're just not built for you specifically.

What you'll never get from me.

Fifty-tool roundups. If a tool makes it into an email, it's running inside of my own business or a client's. Otherwise it doesn't make it.
Hype.My proof is a number, not an adjective. The most I'll ever promise you is a better Tuesday, and I'll show you the math behind it.
Homework. You get the implementation, not a reading assignment. Steps in order, or it doesn't go out.
A pitch in every email. When I have something to offer you, I'll tell you once, straight up. The rest of the time it's just the work.

Stop reading about AI. Put it to work.

Two emails a week. Strategy, tactic, implementation, one part of your business at a time. Put your email in and the next one shows up in your inbox.
